Although all the kits listed in my shop are shown to be in stock, in reality I carry virtually no finished stock of kits and all my kits are made and packed to order, this means that it does take me time to be able to ship orders received and in busy times delays can occur.

The site automatically acknowledges all orders received and gives customers an estimated time of dispatch bearing in mind the work that I have at the time in hand; should my estimated delivery be deemed unsatisfactory, I am happy to immediately refund all monies paid and the order may be cancelled.

All United Kingdom orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail Post currently at the flat rate of £4.00 per order.

ORDERING FROM ABROARD

Customers abroad may have difficulty placing an order, in this case either email me with your order and any queries or alternatively order on my website placing your items in the cart and then simply abandon it! I get notified of all abandoned carts and will then contact you about the order and the shipping alternatives and when the order is to hand and ready to post, send you a PayPal invoice for immediate payment in the currency of your country.

Shipping or post abroad is at cost and of the customers choosing, tracked, untracked, post or carrier, it is your choice. 

CAVEAT

The main parts of my kits are cast from polyurethane resin but many of the kits include small metal parts to enable the builder to complete a high quality finished model. Constructing the model will also require the use of sharp cutting tools and the application of super glue.

Children are quite capable of building many of my kits successfully but it is important that they are supervised by an experienced adult at all times when using the blades and the glue previously mentioned. Please see my 'Building My Kits' page.
